Ruby Mae Smith

Mrs. Ruby Mae Smith, age 93, of Oakwood passed away Sunday, December 13, 2020 at New Horizon – Limestone.

A Private Memorial Service will be held at a later date.

Mrs. Smith was born June 2, 1927 to the late William D. & Maude Fannie McElreath in Cobb County.  She was a member of New Holland Congregation Holliness Church and had been a Cook at Bell Minor Nursing Center.

Mrs. Smith is survived by her sons, Raymond L. (Peri Parker) Smith of Gillsville and Richard D. Smith of Oakwood; and grandchildren, Axel & Tess Harty Smith, Tabitha Phillips, and Josh & Katie James Ford.  She was preceded in death by her husband, Lee Roy Smith.
