Stephen Ray Holt

Stephen Ray Holt, age 71,of Dacula, GA passed away on Wednesday, December 9, 2020. He was preceded in death by his father, Bobby Ray Holt. Mr. Holt is survived by his wife of thirty-one years, Debbie Overcash Holt, Dacula; son, Jeffery (Carrie Anne) Holt, Columbia, SC; mother, Dorothy Hunt Fisher, Worland, WY; stepchildren, Jeremy and Lauren Brown, and Shannon and Michael Cheatum; brothers, Marvin (Jodi) Holt; Texas, Lee (April) Holt, Texas, Vernon (Tricia) Holt, Savannah, GA; sisters, Regeana Heath, Texas, Vicki (Bob) Bennett, Cameron, OK; sister-in-law, Donna Phillips, Monroe, GA; brother-in-law, Steven (Kalli) Overcash, Grayson, GA; and several nieces, nephews, and cousins. Mr. Holt was born on December 6, 1949 in Worland, WY. He was a 1968 graduate of Malakoff High School. Mr. Holt was employed with Home Depot in Hamilton Mill for the past five years, and had worked for Southeast Office Systems. He attended Hamilton Mill United Methodist Church. Mr. Holt enjoyed bowling and golfing.   A memorial service with military honors will be held on Sunday, December 20, 2020 at 3:30 p.m. in the Chapel of Flanigan Funeral Home. Interment will take place in the GA National Cemetery in Canton. The family will receive friends on Sunday, December 20 from 2:30 p.m. until 3:30 p.m. at the funeral home.
