Horace Sanford

Mr. Horace Sanford, 74 of Dahlonega passed away on Friday December 10, 2020.  He enjoyed hunting, fishing, mechanics, and piddling around the house.  He was a truck driver for most of his career. He loved his kids and grandkids. 

He is preceded in death by his parents, Earlie Sanford Sr. and Edna Mary Duff Sanford. By his siblings Thelma Edwards, Earl Sanford, Earlene Hicks, and John Sanford.  He is survived by his children Tina Roper (Tommy), Tank Sanford (Raven Lingerfelt), and Todd Sanford (Jessica), special daughter Sissy Bryan (Freddie) sister, Alma Morgan, grandchildren: Holly Roper, Kyle Roper, Kalie Clark, Bridgette Sanford, Austin Sanford, Emilee Sanford.  11 great-grand children and numerous other relative and friends.

Family will receive friends on Saturday December 12, 2020 from 10:00 am until 9:00 pm again on Sunday from10:00 am until service time.  Funeral services will be held on Sunday December 13, 2020 at 2:00 with Rev. Lyman Caldwell and Freddie Bryan.  Interment will follow at High Tower Baptist  Church Cemetery.
