Robert S. “Bobby” Loudermilk

Robert S. “Bobby” Loudermilk, age 79, of Cumming, GA, passed away on Saturday, December 12, 2020. He was born January 9, 1941 to the late Clarence and Mandy Loudermilk. Bobby was a long-time member and deacon of Settendown Baptist Church. He retired after 21 years with Sawnee EMC. He loved music, camping, and going to the mountains. He was loved and will be missed by all.

Survivors include his loving wife, Willie Loudermilk; sons and daughters-in-law, Jimmy and Alita Loudermilk, and Marty and Shannon Loudermilk; grandchildren, Reagan and Avery Loudermilk, and Ethan Hurst; brother and sister-in-law, J.C. and Jean Loudermilk; sister-in-law, and brother-in-law, Sarah and Guy Whitmire; and a number of nieces, nephews, and other relatives still survive.

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his brothers, William Loudermilk, Clyde Loudermilk and Sylvester Loudermilk; sisters, Frances Holbrook, and Lib Greenman.

Funeral services will be held Monday, December 14, 2020 at 2:00 p.m. in the chapel of Ingram Funeral Home in Cumming, GA, with Rev. Jonathan Martin, and Rev. Ronnie Waters officiating. Interment will follow at Sawnee View Gardens in Cumming, GA. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Sunday from 3:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. and on Monday from 10:00 a.m. until the hour of service.
