Jerry Wilton Blackmon, age 60 of Commerce, GA passed away Thursday, Dec. 10, 2020.
Born on Dec. 31, 1959 in Gainesville, Ga, Mr. Blackmon was the son of the late John Will and Ruby McCollum Blackmon. He was a self-employed painter and was of the Baptist faith.
Survivors include a son, Joshua Blackmon; daughters, Megan Blackmon (Nicholas) Hall, Maggie Blackmon; sister, Vicky Carter; and one grandchild.
Funeral services will be held 11 AM Monday, Dec. 14, 2020 at Ivie Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Tim Butler and Rev. Edwin Patterson officiating. Burial will follow in Franklin Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends 6-8 PM Sunday at the funeral home.
