Clark Mitchell Barnett

Evans Funeral Home announces the death of Mr. Clark Mitchell Barnett, age 68 of Athens, Georgia who entered into rest Monday, December 7, 2020.  Mr. Barnett was born in Commerce, Georgia a son of the late Odis Clifford Barnett, Sr. and the late Mildred Quita Wilson Barnett, was a member of Nicholson Holiness Church and was retired from Dairy Pack of Athens.  In addition to his parents, Mr. Barnett is preceded by a sister, Betty Ann Poole, brothers: Bobby Barnett, Todd Barnett, Weldon Barnett and Junior Barnett.

Survivors include his wife Linda Lee Adams Barnett of Athens, daughter, Joie Down Adams Barnett of Jefferson, brother, Jimmy Lee Barnett of Charlotte, North Carolina.  Sisters, Alice Agnes Peterman of Nicholson, Teresa Gail Edwards of Hull and Walla Mae Butler of Commerce.  Granddaughter, Gracie Marylee Adams.

Memorial services will be held at a later date.
