Donna Michelle Abrams

Donna Michelle Abrams age 65 of Gainesville passed away Sunday November 22, 2020 at the Piedmont Athens Regional Hospital in Athens.

Donna was born in Pensacola, Florida to Betty Hall Peckheiser & the late John B. Abrams. She was an LPN nurse in the United States Navy. She was a member of the Chestnut Mountain Presbyterian Church and the Albert Gordon American Legion Post 56.

Survivors include, mother, Betty Peckheiser; daughter, Lacy Lorraine Lema; sons, Scott Edward VanNatta, Christopher Lee VanNatta & Bryan William Lema; sister, Shannon Kay Thompson;niece, Tricia Leanne Thurmond;  8 grandchildren & a host of other family members.

Funeral services will be held 2:00 p.m. Sunday November 29, 2020 at the Chestnut Mountain Presbyterian Church with Rev. John Batusic officiating. The family will receive friends from 2:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m. Friday November 27, 2020 at the funeral home.

Due to the current pandemic, if you are planning on attending the visitation or service please wear a mask and use all social distancing guidelines.
