Mr. Gus Edward Morris, age 77, of Nicholson, GA died Saturday, November 14, 2020 at his residence. Mr. Morris was born in Commerce to the late Gus and Bernice Pope Morris. He was a retired veteran of the United States Navy and later worked at the Jackson County Correctional Institute for 17 years.
Mr. Morris is survived by his wife, Nancy Lamper Morris of Nicholson; daughters, Kathy King of Ashland, KY, Tony Lynn Madison of Ocala, FL, Sandra Blankenship of Ashland, KY and Germaine′ Fuller of Nicholson; and son, Sean Morris of Nicholson; sister, Janice Morris of Nicholson; ten grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
No services are planned at this time. In memory of Mr. Morris, donations may be made to one’s favorite charity.
