Susie Selman

Mrs. Susie Selman, 76, of Gainesville passed away Tuesday, November 10, 2020 at Northeast Georgia Medical Center.

Funeral services will be held at 1:30 p.m. on Friday, November 13, 2020 in the Chapel of Memorial Park Funeral Home with Rev. Scott Waters officiating. Interment will follow in Memorial Park Cemetery. The family will receive friends at Memorial Park Funeral Home on Thursday, November 12, 2020 from 2:00 until 4:00 p.m. and from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m.

Born on January 2, 1944 in Corbin, KY, she was the daughter of the late Henry and Zula Barnhill Cobb. She was retired from Northeast Georgia Medical Center where she worked in Nutrition Services. She was a member of Victory Baptist Church.

In addition to her parents, Mrs. Selman is preceded in death by her husband, Harold Selman, Jr.; son, Charles Roaden; sister, Margaret Isom and brother, Charles Cobb.

Mrs. Selman is survived by her daughter Kathy Driver (Curtis) of Gillsville; grandsons, Dustin Driver (Rayna) of Gainesville, Devan Driver (Kayla) of Gillsville; five great grandchildren,  sister, Greta Karr (Dennis) of Sumerset, KY and a number of other relatives.
