William Edgar Deal

Mr. William Edgar Deal, age 86, of Commerce, GA died Thursday, November 05, 2020 at Rosemont at Stone Mountain. Mr. Deal was born in China Grove, NC to the late William Flowe Deal and Katholeen Bost Dumas.  He was a member of Homer Baptist Church and was a veteran of the United States Marines.  Mr. Deal was retired from CertainTeed Corporation.  In addition to his parents, Mr. Deal was preceded in death by his son, Frank Deal.

Mr. Deal is survived by his wife, Eunice Bray Deal of Commerce; sons, Leonard Deal of Athens and Marty Deal of Jefferson; daughters, Pam Beasley of Bethlehem and Margie Christensen of Highlands, NC; step-children, Teresa Ross of Gainesville and Steven Jones of Maysville; and six grandchildren.

Graveside services will be at 2 PM, Saturday, November 7 at Bethlehem Baptist Church Cemetery, 624 Hwy 197, Clarksville, GA 30523 with Rev. Mike Stowers officiating.
