David Allen Jones

David Allen Jones was born on April 2, 1962 to the late Arthur Henry, Sr. and the late Condise Lerfowlia Jones. On October 25, 2020, David was called home to be with the Lord.

David received his diploma in 1980. In 1982, he enlisted in the U.S. Coastguard where he served 8 years. On May 2, 2016, David married the love of his life. During his life, he had a love for family, friends, and his motorcycle. His career as an aircraft mechanic took him and his family many places in life.

David leaves to cherish his memories to his wife, Carla Blake Jones; daughters, Ebony Jones and Akelia Jones; sons, Devin Jones, Patrick (Iris) Jones, and Ezra Johnson; godson, Deandre (Taina) Jackson; goddaughter, Kyair C. Ivey; grandchildren, Marquiana Cox, Maya Jones, and Alina Jackson; siblings, Connie Ann Jones, Howard Emmit (Cora) Jones, Arthur Henry (Priscilla) Jones, Jr., Anthony Gecobie Jones, and Tonya Allison Jones, aunts, Claudine Goss, Wynonia Moss, and Lois Thomas; uncle, Dorsey Mize; and a host of nieces ,nephews, cousins, and friends.

Funeral service will be held Wednesday November 4, 2020 at 11 am at Dexter T. Sims Mortuary, LLC in The Rev. Charlie, Jr. and Conchita Sims Memorial Chapel. Visitation will be on Tuesday November 3, 2020 from 1pm-7pm. Burial will be in the Georgia National Cemetery, Canton.
