Angela "Diane" Burton

Angela “Diane” Burton was 67 years old when she went to be with the Lord at 12:06 pm Thursday, October 8th, 2020. Diane was born in Jacksonville, Fl on February 13th, 1953, lived most her life in Central, Fl, and resided in her final years in Demorest Georgia. Her parents were William Monroe Ryan of Waycross, Ga, and Sarah Mae Powell of Melbourne, Fl. 

Diane is survived by her three children and son in law Michelle Renee Williams of Nashville, Tn. Lewie Michael Stump II of Micco, Fl, Elizabeth Diane Smith of Demorest, Ga, and Jody Randall Smith of Demorest, Ga. She was a homemaker and a homeschool educator and a Grandmother of six and a Great Grandmother to three. Her Grandchildren are James Young of Sebastian Fl, Thomas Young Sebastian, Fl, Spencer Delapaz, Rebecca Diane Baker of Demorest, Ga, David Randall Smith of Fayetteville, Ak, and Jakob Dylan Smith of Demorest, Ga. She is also survived by her two sisters, Martha Velie Lomax of Gillsville, and Teresa Mae Walker of Micco, Fl. Her other siblings Tim Velie, William Ryan, and Michael Ryan were waiting for her in Heaven along with their parents. Angela was also proceeded by her spouse Thomas L. Burton of Munsy, In, and Lewie Michael Stump of Demorest, Ga. She was a praying woman who loved to go to church and she loved the Lord Jesus with all her heart. She was kind to everyone and lived a life of service to her family, friends, and those in need. Diane, “Momma” will be missed. 

A future memorial will be announced by her best friend and cousin Donna Sharron Murphy of Melbourne, Fl.
