Floyd C. Thompson

Floyd C. Thompson, 82, of Hoschton, GA, died Thursday, October 8, 2020. A graveside service will be held Sunday, October 11, 2020 at 3 PM at Hamilton Mill Memorial Gardens. Rev. Hal Pruitt will officiate. The family will receive friends Sunday, October 11, 2020 from 1 – 3 PM at Hamilton Mill Memorial Chapel. In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, in memory of Floyd. Floyd was preceded in death by his sister, Shirley Roberts. He is survived by his wife, Elaine Thompson, Hoschton; sons, Greg Thompson (Betty), Hoschton, Stephen Bradford, Hoschton; grandchildren, Whitney Hayes (Chris), Hoschton; sisters in-law and brothers in-law, Gail Southwood (Bob), Cumming, Wanda Glover (Tim), Cumming. Floyd was born in Lawrenceville, GA and lifelong resident of the surrounding areas and was self-employed managing rental properties.
