Laurie Ann Polzin Davis

Laurie Ann Polzin Davis, 68, of Dahlonega, GA passed away on October 1, 2020 after an extended battle with pancreatic cancer. She was born in Decatur, Georgia to Evelyn Lawrence and Edward Henry Polzin on October 15, 1951. Laurie is survived by her husband of 44 years Jack C. Davis of Dahlonega, GA, her daughters Lauren, Leslie and Evelyn, her son Jack, her grandchildren Ellie, Davis, Elizabeth and Felicia, and her brother Dale Polzin, and many extended family members. Her greatest joy was spending time with her family. She spent much of her career working as the Director of Radiology at Chestatee Regional Hospital and touched many lives with her passion for service. There will be a Celebration of Life ceremony per her request. Details will be shared at a later date.
