Richard Hugh Adams

Richard Hugh Adams, 71, of Gainesville passed away Friday, September 25, 2020 at Northeast Georgia Medical Center.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, September 30, 2020 in the chapel of Memorial Park Funeral Home. Rev. Clark Taylor will officiate. Interment will be in Memorial Park Cemetery. The family will receive friends at Memorial Park on Wednesday, from 12:00 p.m. until 2:00 p.m.

Born on July 14, 1949 in Chattanooga, TN, he was the son of the late Lee Roy and Maude Iona Adams. He was a line leader for Kubota and attended Springway Baptist Church.

In addition to his parents, Mr. Adams is preceded in death by his son, Joshua William Adams and half-brother, Carlton Adams.

Mr. Adams is survived by his wife, Tina Casper Adams of Gainesville; son and daughter in law, Curtis Lee and Kate Adams of Covington; son, Sean Adams of Maysville; grandchildren, Alyssa Adams, Kirston Adams, Taryn Adams, Carson Adams, Sophie Adams, Landon Adams, Warren Adams and a number of other relatives.
