Betty Jo Aycock Adams

Betty Jo Aycock Adams, age 86, of Flowery Branch, GA passed away on Monday, September 21, 2020. She was preceded in death by her husband, Gerald E. Adams, and son-in-law, Charles Thomas Housewright. Mrs. Adams is survived by daughters, Joyce Cathy Housewright, Flowery Branch and Jeanne (Jason) Apple, Lawrenceville, GA; son, Horry Scott (Julie) Adams, Lawrenceville, GA; five grandchildren; and several nieces, nephews, and cousins. Mrs. Adams was born on October 25, 1933 in Atlanta, GA. She received her education at O’Keefe High School in Atlanta. Mrs. Adams was a homemaker and member of Christ Place, formerly known as Blackshear Baptist Church. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, September 26, 2020 at 4:00 p.m. in the Chapel of Flanigan Funeral Home with Pastor Jeff Crook officiating. The family will receive friends from 3:00 p.m. until 4:00 p.m. on Saturday, September 26 at the funeral home.
