Clara Mae Westmoreland, age 100, of Clermont, passed away on Tuesday, September 22, 2020.
Mrs. Westmoreland was born on February 28, 1920, in White County, to the late Stanton and Rendie Allison Howard. She was a retired seamstress and a member of Loudsville United Methodist Church. In addition to her parents, Clara Mae was preceded in death by her husband, John Wilburn Westmoreland; son, Vaughn Westmoreland; daughters, Ann Collins, Karen Fuller, and Elaine Dover; grandchildren, Jerry Collins and Martha Williamson.
Survivors include her daughter, Carol Westmoreland; son and daughter-in-law, Dale and Deb Westmoreland; sister, Betty King; grandchildren, Holley and Barry Cantrell, Sharon and Marvin Carlin, and Tommy Dover; great grandchildren, Evan Cantrell, Cree Cantrell, Michael Thompson, Brandon Dover, Allen Collins, Jonathan Dover, David Williamson, and Tommy Dover; several great-great grandchildren.
Graveside services are scheduled for 1:00 P.M. Wednesday, September 23, 2020 at Loudsville United Methodist Church Cemetery. The Rev. Hoyt Winkler will officiate.
The family will receive friends from 12:00 P.M. – 1:00 P.M. Wednesday, at the funeral home, prior to the graveside service.
