Kaye Nell Gaddis Purcell

Kaye Nell Gaddis Purcell,  age 80, of Demorest, Georgia , went to be with the Lord on Monday, September 21, 2020, following an extended illness.

Mrs. Purcell was born on July 4, 1940, in Gainesville, Georgia, to the late Verdell and Braskie Gaddis.  In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her beloved husband of sixty-two years, Riley Clinton (R.C.) Purcell;  brothers, Jerry, Larry, and Donald Gaddis;  sister, Wilma Nix.  She was a member of the Double Springs Baptist Church.  Mrs. Purcell was retired from Scovill Mfg. with over thirty years of loyal and dedicated service.

Survivors include:  daughters Debbie Purcell, Cornelia, Georgia and Rhonda Purcell, Demorest, Georgia;  sister, Faye Gaddis Smallwood, Homer, Georgia;  brothers, Michael Gaddis, Dahlonega, Georgia and Jack Gaddis, Demorest, Georgia; grandson, Oliver Howington, Demorest, Georgia.

Private graveside services will be held at the VFW Memorial Park with Rev. Rick Purcell officiating.
