Claude L. Loudermilk, 72, of Mt. Airy, passed away on Sunday, September 20, 2020.
Born in Clarkesville, Georgia on September 19, 1948, he was a son of the late Roland & Ethel Loudermilk. Claude loved bowling and enjoyed his Frosty’s from Wendy’s. He was of the Baptist faith.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother-in-law, Curtis Marcus.
Surviving are his sisters, Winnie L. Marcus of Mt. Airy and Ethel Ferguson of Baldwin; brothers and sisters-in-law, Henry & Joyce Loudermilk of Mt. Airy and Scotty & Lougenia Loudermilk of Eastonolle; nephews and spouses, Granger & Amanda Clark, Brian & Beth Loudermilk, Roland Loudermilk, Bruce & Brooke Ferguson, Brad & Amanda Ferguson; nieces and spouse, Amy & Rev. Jeremy Garmon, Mary Loudermilk; several great nieces, great nephews and cousins.
Funeral Services are scheduled for Tuesday, September 22, 2020 at 2:00 pm in the Chapel of McGahee-Griffin and Stewart with Rev. Jeremy Garmon officiating. Interment will follow in Hazel Creek Baptist Church Cemetery with Mr. Keith Kimbrel officiating.
The family will receive friends from 12:00 noon until the service hour on Tuesday at the funeral home.
