Mr. Lynndal Lee Floyd “Scruffy”, age 76, of Oakwood passed away Monday, August 31, 2020.
Memorial Services will be 2:00 p.m., Sunday, September 13, 2020 in the Chapel of Memorial Park South Funeral Home. Rev. Darryl Womack will officiate. The family will receive friends 5:00 – 7:00 p.m., Saturday, September 12, 2020 at Memorial Park South Funeral Home.
Mr. Floyd was born December 31, 1943 in Savannah, Georgia to the late Othan & Sadie Floyd. A Veteran of the United States Air Force, he was a member of Montgomery Baptist Church and was in the Flooring business.
Mr. Floyd is survived by wife, Barbara Rademacher of Oakwood; daughter & son-in-law, Stacey & Randall Owensby of Lula; step-daughter & husband, JoAnn & Jim McIntyre of Flowery Branch; step-son & wife, Timothy & Tracy Rademacher of Lula; grandchildren, Aubrey Cate Owensby, Amber Danner, Jimmy McIntyre and Jayci McIntyre; brothers, Larry Floyd of Augusta and B. Lamar & Betty Floyd of Gainesville, sister & brother-in-law, Cheryl & Johnny Wilson of Gainesville. He was also preceded in death by his brother, Anthony Floyd.
