Juan Sica Ixcoy

Mr. Juan Sica Ixcoy, 40, of Rome, GA passed away Saturday, August 29, 2020 at Floyd Medical Center.

Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Friday, September 4, 2020 at St. John Paul II Catholic Mission. Father Hernan Quevedo will officiate. Interment will be in Guatemala. The family will receive friends at Memorial Park Funeral Home on Saturday, September 5, 2020 from 11:00 a.m. until 7:00 p.m.

Born on January 14, 1980, in Aguacatan HueHuetenango, Guatemala, he was the son of Juan Sica Ixcoy and Alejandra Ixcoy. He was a self-employed carpenter and of the Catholic faith.

In addition to his parents, Mr. Ixcoy is survived by his brothers, Limbar Sica Ixcoy of Gainesville, Antonio Sica Ixcoy of OH, Cornelio Sica Ixcoy of WA, Manuel Roberto Sica Ixcoy of Guatemala; sisters, Castola Sica Ixcoy, Margarita Sica Ixcoy, Isabela Sica Ixcoy all of Guatemala.
