Jerry V. Thomas II

Jerry V. Thomas II, age 49, of Hoschton, GA passed away on Saturday, August 29, 2020.

Jerry was born in Huntington, West Virginia on July 1, 1971. Jerry’s funeral service will be held Tuesday, September 1, 2020 at 2pm at Hamilton Mill Memorial Chapel. Interment will follow at Hamilton Mill Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends Tuesday, September 1, 2020 from 12pm-2pm at the funeral home. 

Jerry was preceded in death by his parents, Jerry and Betty Thomas. He was a loving husband and father, he is survived by his wife, Lori Thomas, his children, Ashley Thomas and Ryan Thomas; and sisters, Sherry Allman (Rube), Teresa Smith (Chris), Vicky Lehman (Mark), Mary Sansom (Mark); as well as many nieces, nephews, and a host of other family members. Jerry graduated college at West Virginia Wesleyan, he has worked for Publix Supermarkets as a warehouse manager for over twenty years. He was an avid outdoorsman, enjoying hunting and fishing with his friends. Most of all, Jerry enjoyed spending time with Ashley and Ryan on the softball and baseball fields. He will be greatly missed by all.

In lieu of flowers, the family has requested donations to be made to the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society and the family has requested casual dress attire for the visitation and service.
