Karlene Anne Stanich Smith

Karlene Anne Stanich Smith age 73 of Gainesville, Georgia died on August 26, 2020 after a long illness.

She was born on October 29, 1946 in Middletown, Connecticut. Her parents were the late Carl and Mary Stanich. She is survived by her brother Carl Stanich, her sister in law Carolyn Stanich and many friends who loved her dearly.

Karlene was a retired pharmacist who spent many years in pharmaceutical sales. After college she lived in Florida and moved to Georgia in 1997. Karlene loved animals and most of all her cat Dory. Her greatest love was being one of Jehovah’s Witness. She spent many hours in her ministry trying to help others. She kept her faith to the end and was a great example to all who came in contact with her.

Those who knew Karlene will miss her very much and associate her with this passage which says “And he will wipe out every tear from their eyes, death will be no more, neither will mourning nor outcry nor pain be anymore. The former things have passed away.“

Revelation 21:4.
