Juanita “Carol” Cofield

Juanita “Carol” Cofield age 67 of Gainesville passed away Saturday August 22, 2020 at the Northeast Georgia Medical Center.

Carol was born September 4, 1952 in Gainesville to the late Harold & Clara Hooper Satterfield. She worked in Logistics at Freedom Transport. She was of the Baptist faith and was preceded in death by her brothers, Mitch, Curtis & Kenneth Satterfield.

Survivors include, husband, Larry Cofield; daughter, Paige Holman; son, Shane Tanner; brothers, Sam Satterfield & Junior Satterfield; sisters, Nancy Whitlock & Linda Albertson; numerous grandchildren also survive.

Funeral services will be held 2:00 p.m. Thursday at the Ward’s Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Michael Reardon officiating. Burial will follow in Alta Vista Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 12:00 p.m. until service time at the funeral home on Thursday.
