Robert “June” Cleghorne, age 74, of Colbert, GA entered the gates of Heaven on Tuesday, Aug. 18, 2020.
Born on Oct. 25, 1945 in Commerce, GA, June was the son of the late Robert Rosco and Addi Reba Patton Cleghorne. He was a self-employed painter, worked with Ivie Funeral Home, and was a member of Anchor Church. He was preceded in death by brothers, James Cleghorne, Joe Cleghorne; sister, Jean Cleghorne; sisters-in-law, Linda Cleghorne and Mary Cleghorne.
Survivors include his loving wife, Brenda Cleghorne, of the home; brothers, Jerald Cleghorne, John Cleghorne; and a number of nieces & nephews.
Graveside services will be held 2 PM Thursday, Aug. 20, 2020 at Colbert City Cemetery with the Rev. David Cox officiating. The family will hold a private visitation.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to The Parkinson’s Foundation or American Heart Association.
