Gloria "Elaine" Segars Caraway Gordy

Gloria 'Elaine' Segars Caraway Gordy, age 59 of Toccoa, passed away at a Gainesville Hospital, on August 10, 2020. 

She was born in Stephens County, GA August 26, 1960 to the late James Fred Segars and Evelyn Hubbard (William) Hedges. She gave her life to the Lord following with an unwavering Christian faith. She was a active member of the Eastanollee Baptist Church. Her family was the center of her daily life. Elaine loved her 

husband, sons, and grandchildren with all her heart. Among her interest were flower gardening, everything outdoors, including, fishing and camping.  

Elaine is survived by her husband, Donnie Gordy; sons, Jay (Angel) Caraway and Josh(Barbara) Caraway; grandchildren, Sammie, Erica, Brady, Calob, Madison, Joshua, Cammi, Ty, and Olivia; brother, Morris Segars; sister, Anita Bennett, 

and several nieces & nephews.

There will be a private service held on Wednesday, August 12, 2020. In lieu of flowers the family would appreciate monetary donations to be used for funeral expenses, in care of the family at 315 Pinetree Road, Toccoa, GA  30577.
