William “Slade” Petty

William “Slade” Petty, age 18, of Suwanee, GA passed away on Monday, July 27, 2020. He was preceded in death by his grandmother, Sue “Buttons” White; grandfather, Kenneth White; and aunt, Kimberly Sue Fogg. Mr. Slade Petty is survived by his mother, Kelley Fogg; father, Yancey Petty; brother, Caleb Petty; grandparents, Bill and Jean Fogg and Louis and Shirley McCarley; aunts and uncle, Ashley and Todd Jenkins and Michelle Peace; uncles and aunt, Luke Fogg, Casey Giuffrida and Chris and Dana Petty; and numerous cousins. Mr. Slade Petty was born April 18, 2002 in Lawrenceville, GA. He was a 2020 graduate of North Gwinnett High School. He had worked at several fast food restaurants over a period of time. Funeral service will be held on Saturday, August 1, 2020 at 12:00 noon in the Chapel of Flanigan Funeral Home with Phillip Dumond officiating. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Saturday, August 1^st from 10:00 a.m. until 12:00 noon. Slade was a Make a Wish Kid in 2014. The family would appreciate, in lieu of flowers, memorial donations be made to the Make a Wish Foundation in memory of Slade Petty.
