Roy Lee Loggins Sr.

Roy Lee Loggins Sr. age 69 of Gillsville, Ga passed away July 26th 2020. 

Mr. Loggins was of the Christian faith and a loving husband, father, and grandfather. Roy Lee was a former heavy equipment operator for Inland Containers. 

Roy Lee Loggins is preceded in death by his parents, George Williams Loggins and Thelma Stephens along with Step father, Jack B Elliott; siblings, Ernest “Red” Loggins and Jeanette Loggins Allen.

He is survived by his wife of 48 years, Bobbie Sue Loggins; daughters, Donna Loggins and Ginger Lee Loggins all of Gillsville, Ga; sons, Roy Lee Loggins Jr. of Mississippi and George Kenny Loggins of Gillsville, Ga; grandchildren, Dustin Ray Loggins and Jacob Hunter Loggins; sisters, Virginia Alexander of Louisiana and Doris Loggins Cronan of Cleveland, Ga; brothers, Edward “Curly” Loggins of Demorest, Ga, Chester Loggins of Alto, Ga, and Harold Wayne Loggins of Arkansas. 

Funeral services are scheduled for 2pm Thursday July 30th at the Barrett Funeral Home Chapel with interment at Union Grove Congregational Holiness Church Cemetery.
A visitation will be held from 12pm-2pm Thursday July 30th at Barrett Funeral Home.

In lieu of flowers the family is requesting donations be made for funeral expenses.
