James Chanclor 'Chad' Carroll

James Chanclor “Chad” Carroll, age 52 of Doraville, passed away on Wednesday, July 22, 2020.

Born in Stephens County, Georgia on February 23, 1968, Chad was the son of Delores Skelton Carroll and the late James M. Carroll.  After graduating from college, Chad was the owner and operator of Land Shark, a fish aquarium and maintenance company.  Chad was passionate about tropical fish habitat and the service he provided to his many clients and their businesses.  He also loved history, art of all kinds, as well as antiques and all things vintage.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM, Saturday, July 25, 2020 at Hillside Memorial Chapel with Dr. Brian James and Mr. Mark Prater officiating.  Interment will follow the service in Hillside Gardens Cemetery and the family will receive friends at the funeral home prior to the service from 1-2 PM. In consideration of public health and safety and at the request of the Carroll family, those in attendance will need to wear a mask and follow the Centers for Disease Control guideline for social distancing.
