Lucy Joann McCosh Schjonning

Mrs. Lucy Joann McCosh Schjonning, age 87 of Seven Forks Road, Martin passed away Monday, July 20, 2020 at her residence.

A daughter of the late Joe and Louise Boykin McCosh, she was born January 18, 1933 in Sylvania, Georgia, having lived in Atlanta and the last 30 years in Martin. She was retired from South Fulton Hospital as a Registered Nurse and later with Visiting Nurses Association.

Survivors include her husband of the home, John Schjonning; two daughters and sons-in-law, Connie and David Driver of Newnan, Georgia and Gina and David Harris of New Jersey; son and daughter-in-law, Warren and Sigrid Schjonning of Monroe, Virginia; nine grandchildren and eleven great-grandchildren; brother, John McCosh of Georgetown, South Carolina; sister Ruth Gettys of Lake Oconee, Georgia.
