Ricky Eugene Higgins

Ricky Eugene Higgins, age 49, of Toccoa, Georgia formerly of Baldwin, Georgia went to his heavenly home on Tuesday, July 7, 2020.

Mr. Higgins was born on June 24, 1971 in Jackson County, Georgia. He was preceded in death by his father and mother, Melvin and Gail Morris Higgins.

Survivors include aunt and uncle, Dolly and WIlliam Bramlett, of Homer; aunt, Peggy York, of Homer; uncle, Phillip Morris, of Homer; and numerous cousins.

Graveside Services will be held at 11:00 a.m., Friday, July 10, 2020 at the Level Grove Cemetery with Rev. Terry Morris officiating.

Arrangements have been entrusted to the Whitfield Funeral Homes & Crematory, South Chapel at 1370 Industrial Boulevard, Baldwin, Georgia 30511.
