Michael Paul Smith, 42, of Gainesville passed away Monday, July 6, 2020 at his residence following an extended illness,
A graveside service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, July 10, 2020 in Memorial Park Cemetery.
Born on February 9, 1978 in Bluefield, W.VA, he was the son of Randall Clay and Rose Marie Dash Smith.
Mr. Smith is preceded in death by his brother, H. Keith Smith; grandparents, Ray and Betty Smith of Haines City, FL and Ulysses and Rachel Gore Dash.
Mr. Smith is survived by his parents, Randall and Rose Smith of Gainesville; brother, Carden Smith of Gainesville; uncle, Ron Dash of Bluefield, VA; uncle and aunt, John and Louise Dash of Newark, DE; aunt, Elizabeth Dash Artis of Princeton, W. VA; uncle and aunt, James and Sandra Eberhard of Wesley Chapel, FL and special friend John Johnson of Bluefield, VA.
