Billy Roger Chandler, age 86 of Commerce, GA passed away Thursday, June 18, 2020.
Born on Sept. 4, 1933 Mr. Chandler was the son of the late John and Sarah Chandler. He was a bridge construction supervisor, a veteran in the United States Air Force, a loving son of God, and was preceded in death by a son, Rickey Chandler.
He is survived by his wife, Genelle Wilson Chandler; a daughter, Susan Everett, Lyman, SC; six grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held 3 PM Sunday, June 21, 2020 at Ivie Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. David Harbin officiating. Burial will follow in Grey Hill Cemetery. The family will receive friends 1-3 PM Sunday at the funeral home.
