Wayne Prichard

Wayne Prichard, 66, of Dawsonville passed away Thursday June 11, 2020 at his residence.

Born May 22, 1954 in Roswell to the late Clarence and Sarah Prichard, he had lived in Dawson County for the past 30 years having moved from Marble Hill.  Mr. Prichard worked as a commercial painter and builder.  He enjoyed fishing and watching westerns of television.  Wayne was also preceded in death by a brother, William “Bill” Prichard; and a daughter in law, Anita Prichard.

Surviving are his wife of 33 years, Judy Prichard, Dawsonville; children, Timmy Prichard, Dawsonville, Doug and Sandy Prichard, Acworth, Candi and Paul Richards, Dawsonville, Wayne Prichard, Dawsonville; 10 grandchildren; 3 Great Grandchildren; sisters and brother in law, Debra and Steve Crawford, Arizona, Sharon Prichard, Rockmart; brothers, Mark Prichard, Dahlonega, Steve Prichard, Rockmart, Justin Prichard, Rockmart, Billy Joe Prichard, Kennesaw; and a number of other relatives.

The family will receive friends on Saturday June 20, 2020 from 1 p.m. until 3 p.m. at the funeral home.
