Lendon Harris Cagle, Jr

Mr. Lendon Harris Cagle, Jr., age 73 of Gainesville, passed away on Thursday, June 11, 2020 at his residence following a sudden illness.       

Graveside services are scheduled for Saturday, June 13, 2020 at 2:00 pm in Memorial Park Cemetery.  Reverend Milton Harris will officiate.  The family will receive friends on Saturday, June 13, 2020 from 11:30 am to 2:00 pm, prior to the service, at the funeral home.

Mr. Cagle was born November 22, 1946 in Gainesville, Georgia to the late Lendon Harris Cagle, Sr. and Dorothy Durand Cagle.  He was retired from Cagle Mechanical as the owner and operator, member of Murrayville Masonic Lodge and Redwine Eastern Star.  Lendon was a member of New Bridge Baptist Church.  

Mr. Cagle is survived by his wife, Donna Smith Cagle of Gainesville, sister & brother-in-law, Shirley & Aaron Bryant of Gainesville, sister-in-law, Merita Smith of Clermont, and a number of nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews and great-great-nieces and great-great-nephews.  

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Masonic Children’s Home, 1417 Nottingham Drive, Macon, GA  31211, Eagle Ranch, 5500 Union Church Road, Flowery Branch, GA 30542 or the charity of your choice.
