Mike Bragdon

Mike Bragdon, who loved living in White County on what he happily referred to as “the mountain”, passed away Saturday, June 6, 2020.

He is survived by his beautiful wife of nearly 47 years, Kari; daughter Jill Patterson (Scott), and sons Jason (Christy), Josh, and Jeffrey (Lindsay); grandchildren Savannah, Jewel, North, Yancey, Grant, Casey, Madison, and Morgan; and one great grandchild, Hope. He was met in heaven by his first great granddaughter, Eliza Jane.

Mike never met a stranger and was quick to share his love of woodworking, gaming, and taking long walks with his dogs Keeghan and Milo. His love of fantasy fiction taught his children to look for the magic in the mundane and find beauty in the broken, a legacy carried on by his grandchildren. 

His life will be celebrated in every spectacular sunset, every wild flash of lightning, every howl at the moon, and every soft breeze we witness for the rest of our lives. We love you, ME.
