Doris Ezzelle Mealor

Mrs. Doris Ezzelle Mealor, age 91, of Maysville, GA died Tuesday, May 26, 2020 at The Oaks of Baldwin.  Mrs. Mealor was born in Commerce to the late Johnny and Julie Meeler Ingram.  She was a member of Blacks Creek Baptist Church and was retired from Oxford.  In addition to her parents, Mrs. Mealor was preceded in death by her husband, L.R. “Buck” Mealor.

Mrs. Mealor is survived by her son, Jerry Mealor of Commerce; daughter, Susan Harper of Maysville; brother, Myron Ingram of Commerce; sister, Elaine Watson of Commerce; five grandchildren, ten great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.

Due to the current situation with Covid-19, there will be a private family graveside service Thursday, May 28 at Grey Hill Cemetery with Mr. Charlie Howington officiating.

Little-Ward Funeral Home, Commerce is in charge of arrangements.
