Lois Hurst Beasley

Lois Hurst Beasley, age 95, Buford, GA passed away on Friday, May 22, 2020.

She was preceded in death by her husband of fourteen years, Olan Anderson Beasley. Mrs. Beasley is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Ed and Janet Beasley, Buford, GA; daughters and son-in-law, Faye and Augie Bellardine, Winder, GA and Priscilla Henson, Columbus, GA; grandchildren, Michael Clark, Joey Bellardine, Brandy Clark, Heather Bellardine and Angela Smith; seven great grandchildren, Ashleigh Annecchiarico, Madison Bellardine, Ashlyn Bellardine, Leah Bellardine, Allison Clark, Avery Smith and Easton Smith; sisters-in-law, Delma Hurst and Ruth Gillard; and several nieces, nephews and cousins.

Mrs. Beasley was born September 6, 1924 in Louisville, AL. She received her education at Louisville High School in Louisville, AL. She retired from J. C. Penney Company after twenty-two years of service as a sales clerk. Mrs. Beasley was a member of the Baptist Faith. She was very devoted to her family and taking care of her grandchildren.

Graveside service will be held on Wednesday, May 27, 2020 at 2:00 p.m. CDT at Bethlehem Baptist Church Cemetery, 204 Bethlehem Church Road, Clayton, AL 36016. The remains will be placed in state at Bethlehem Baptist Church at 1:30 p.m. CDT.  The family will receive friends at Flanigan Funeral Home in Buford, GA on Tuesday, May 26, 2020 from 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. EDT.
