Wilma Elizabeth Peters

Ms. Wilma Elizabeth Peters age 78 of Flowery Branch, Ga passed away on Thursday May 21, 2020 at Northeast Georgia Medical Center Braselton following an extended illness.  

Graveside services are scheduled for Friday May 22, 2020 at 11:00 a.m. in Memorial Park Cemetery. Pastor Mike Williams will officiate. The family will receive friends on Friday May 22, 2020 from 10:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m.

Wilma was born on April 03, 1942 in Dahlonega, Ga to the late Willie E Flanagan and Amy Brookshire Flanagan. She retired as a machine operator at Dundee Mills and was a member of Grace Baptist Church. She is preceded in death by her parents, and several brothers and sisters.  

Wilma is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Philip Peters (Janice) of Flowery Branch, son and daughter-in-law, Randy Peters (Tammy) of Gainesville, sister, Margaret Douglas of Oakwood, grandchildren, Samantha Rutledge of Waynesville, Ga, Robert Macklin of Townsend, Ga, Kimberly Hall of Brunswick, Ga, Philip Peters, II of Virginia Beach, VA, Lisa Moore of Nahunta, Ga, Tyler Kinsey of Gainesville, a number of great grandchildren and other family members and friends.

Memorial Park Funeral Home, 2030 Memorial Park Road, Gainesville, GA  30504 is in charge of arrangements.
