Patsy Kennedy Johnson

Patsy Kennedy Johnson, age 75, of Elberton, GA passed away on Wednesday, May 13, 2020.  She is preceded in death by her son, Gregory Lee Johnson, her parents, James Vernon Kennedy and Roselee McAdams Kennedy and her brother, Jerry Kennedy.  She is survived by her husband of 58 yrs, Carl J. Johnson, Elberton, GA; children, Teresa Scott of Elberton, GA,  Rita (William) Lord, Powder Springs, GA, Richie Johnson, Flowery Branch, GA and Missy (Allen) Evans, Winder, Ga; sisters, Diane (David) Taylor, Buford, Ga, Betty Foster, Sugar Hill, GA.   She had 11 grandchildren and numerous great grandchildren. Mrs. Johnson was born September 4, 1944 in Suwanee, GA.  She received her education at North Gwinnett High School and Norcross High School.  She was retired from J.C. Penney Company and also she worked for Dick Lynott Company with over 25 years of service.  Mrs. Johnson was a member of Victory Baptist Church in Lawrenceville. The family will greet Friends and Family on Wednesday, May 20, 2020 from 11:00 a.m. until 7:00 p.m. the funeral home.  A Funeral Service will be held on Thursday, May 21, 2020 at 11:00 a.m. at the Chapel of Flanigan Funeral Home with Rev. Danny Ashworth and Rev. Roland Jackson officiating.  Interment will follow at Broadlawn Memorial Gardens in Buford, GA.
