Leeroy Crane

Evans Funeral Home announces the death of Mr. Leeroy Crane, age 70, of Jefferson, who passed away on Friday, May 15, 2020. Mr. Crane was born in Commerce, Georgia, a son to the late Mr. and Mrs. Ollie and Jimmie Lou Garrison Crane. Mr. Crane co-owned A and A Battery in Gainesville and was a member of the Jackson County Baptist Church in Jefferson.

Survivors include his wife, Brenda Crane of Jefferson; daughter, Wendy Taylor and her husband Michael of Jefferson; brothers, Marvin Crane and his wife Mildred, Gene Crane and his wife Judy, Larry Crane and his wife Connie all of Hall County, Georgia; grandchildren, Allison Patrick, Tyler Patrick and his wife Kassidi, Tegan Taylor and Jaiden Taylor also survive.

A Graveside Service will be held on Sunday, May 17, 2020 at 3:00 PM in the Evans Memory Gardens with Reverend Tim Thomas and Reverend Jack Lawson officiating. Gentlemen honored as pallbearers are James McNatt, Tyler Patrick, Ken Thomas, Michael Beck, Evan Crawford and Terry Crane. Serving as honorary pallbearers will be Cody Massey and Michael Taylor.

The visitation will be held on Sunday from 1:00 PM until 3:00 PM at Evans Funeral Home, prior to the service.
