Debbie Carol Hunt

Ms. Debbie Carol Hunt age 69 of Oakwood, GA passed away on Wednesday May 13, 2020 at her residence following an extended illness.

Funeral services are scheduled for Saturday May 16, 2020 at 2:00 p.m. in the Chapel of Memorial Park Funeral Home with interment to follow in Memorial Park Cemetery. Reverend Clark Taylor will officiate. The family will receive friends on Friday May 15, 2020 from 2-4 p.m. and 6-8 p.m. at the funeral home.

Debbie was born on October 07, 1950 in Gainesville, Ga to the late Wiley James and Clydell Savage James. She was retired and was of the Baptist faith. Ms. Hunt is preceded in death by her sister, Gloria Smith, and her 2 brothers, Johnny James and Jimmy Wallace.   

Ms. Hunt is survived by her life-long partner, Archie Hunt of Oakwood, daughters, Brandy Hunt of Oakwood, Duskey Canela of Oakwood, Heather Baker of Oakwood, grandchildren, Cody Etris, Brooke Etris, Alyssa Canela, Libby Canela, Caleb Baker, Hannah Baker, Carsyn Baker, and Michael Alldredge, great-grandchildren, Skylynn Etris, sister, Elaine Motes of Gainesville, brother, Charles James of Oakwood, and brother, Jackie James of Oakwood.

Memorial Park Funeral Home, 2030 Memorial Park Road, Gainesville, GA  30504 is in charge of arrangements.
