Addie Louise Roberts Godfrey

Mrs. Addie Louise Roberts Godfrey, age 83, passed away on May 8, 2020 at Northeast Georgia Medical Center following an extended illness. 

Funeral Services are scheduled for 3:00 p.m. on Tuesday, May 12, 2020, at Living Waters Outreach, Murrayville, GA. The visitation will be held on Tuesday May 12, 2020 from 2:00 p.m. until time of service at the church.  Pastor Jammie Fortner will officiate.

Louise was born on September 17, 1936 in Cherokee, North Carolina to the late George W. and Buela Mae Roberts.  She was a homemaker and was of the Baptist faith. Addie is preceded in death by her parents, husband, Robert Roy Godfrey, son, Roy Lee Godfrey, Eddie Earl Godfrey, and Larry Dean Godfrey, daughters, Diane Godfrey Canupp, and Tresa Rose Godfrey.

Louise is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Lois Ann Godfrey Wilson (Wesley) of Gainesville, 11 grandchildren, and 21 great-grandchildren.
