Johnny Queen

Johnny Queen, age 58 of Mt. Airy, Georgia passed away on Friday, May 01, 2020 at Northeast Georgia Medical Center following an extended illness.

Born in Rabun County, Georgia on January 03, 1962, he was a son of the late Chester Queen & the late Faye Campbell Watkins. Johnny worked for over 10 years at Habersham Metal Products and in his spare time enjoyed collecting rocks. He was of the Pentecostal Faith.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his step-father, Ray Watkins.

Survivors include his companion of over 25 years, Tina Martin of Mt. Airy, GA; son & daughter-in-law, Josh & Crystal Queen of Clayton, GA; step-son, Eric Martin of Mt. Airy, GA; sisters, Phyllis Peek of Conyers, GA; & Frances Potts of Covington, GA; 2 grandchildren; other relatives & friends.

Mr. Queen’s wishes were to be cremated.

A public memorial service will be held at a later date.
