Gary Wilson Coley, Sr.

Gary Wilson Coley, Sr age 73 of Braselton passed away Friday May 1, 2020 at the Northeast Georgia Medical Center, Winder.

Mr. Coley was born July 12, 1946 in Gainesville to the late Noah & Virdie Davis Coley. He served his Country in the United States Marine Corp having fought in Vietnam and he was retired from General Motors Company. He was preceded in death by his wife, Annie Coley, son, James Coley, sisters, Martha Harris & Ethel Harris.

He is survived by his son, Gary (Penny) Coley, Jr of Talmo, step daughter, Tammy (David) Harkins of Braselton; brother, Jack Coley of Gainesville; sister, Judy Stevens of Cornelia; 3 grandchildren & 4 great grandchildren also survive.

Due to the current conditions with the Coronavirus Pandemic the family will have a graveside service 1:00 p.m. Wednesday May 6, 2020 at the Alta Vista Cemetery. Family & friends will speak. The family will receive friends briefly at the conclusion of the service at the cemetery.
