Barbara Ann Williams

Mrs. Barbara Ann Bennett Williams, age 72, of Hunters Creek Road in Carnesville, Ga. passed away Thursday, April 30, 2020 at Stephens County Hospital.

A daughter of the late Clyde and Agnes Adams Bennett, she was born February 15, 1948 in Stephens County, Georgia having lived the greater part of her life in Toccoa. She attended Carnes Creek Baptist Church. She worked in her early years with Stephens County School System. She loved caring for her grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband Emory Williams in 2017.

Survivors include her daughter and son-in-law Trenia and Mike Traynor of Martin, sons and daughter-in-law Travis and Lynn Williams of Carnesville and Tony Williams of Martin. grandchildren Michael Traynor, T.J. Williams, Allen Williams and Brandon Traynor, brother and sister-in-law Max and Judy Bennett of Toccoa, sister and brother-in-law Jean and Douglas Wilbanks of Toccoa and several nieces and nephews.

A private graveside service will be held Monday at Carnes Creek Baptist Church Cemetery with the Reverend Dr. Tim Miller officiating.

The following gentlemen will serve as pallbearers T.J. Williams, Michael Traynor, Allen Williams, Brandon Traynor, Dustin Wilbanks and Dylan Wilbanks

Interment will follow in Carnes Creek Baptist Church Cemetery.
