Barrett Funeral Home of Cleveland announces the death of Mr. Joel Chester Rogers, Sr., age 81, of Lacombe, Louisiana, formerly of Cleveland. Mr. Rogers passed away Saturday, April 25, 2020.
A private graveside service will be held.
