Emily Force Morrow

Mrs. Emily Force Morrow- The wife of the late John W. Morrow Jr. transitioned this life suddenly yet peacefully into God’s bosom. Mrs. Morrow was the daughter of the late Rev. Henry E. & Ollie L. Carrington Force. “ Mother” was affectionately known by many. She was a graduate of Fair Street High School and also attended and graduated from Apex College of Atlanta where she received a degree. She was a Master Cosmetologist while living in Atlanta working, she married the late John W. Morrow Jr. in Gainesville, Ga. Out of this beautiful union God blessed them with three children. As in Ecclesiastes there is time and a season for all things. It was a time of transitioning for her.

It was a time of transitioning for her parents, her brother James Henry Force. Her loving husband of 56 years John W. Morrow, her oldest son Harold Morrow , her daughter in law Mrs. Trudy McClure Morrow and her son in law Samuel S. Millsap, one brother in law Charles ( Ann) Morrow  all proceeded her in death.

Mrs. Morrow will leave us with a litany of treasurable memories. She leaves he daughter Jaunita Morrow Millsap, son Harry W. Morrow, granddaughter/daughter Mercia P. Millsap, Mrs. Tonya (Glen) Mathis, Elizabeth ( Jay) Sneed, Michelle Bailey, Deliath (Joseph) Morris-Cole III, Stacy(Hope) Morrow, Valerie( Glen) Barrow, Natalie ( Clifford) Milton, William Morrow, Lori Morrow, Swangela Stephens Barlow, Althea Morrow.  A host of Great Grands. One sister in law Mrs. Berneice H. Morrow Austin a host of niece and nephews. Mrs. Morrow was loved by many she leaves to cherish her memories from the Millsap family, Mrs. Ruby Wilburn, Mrs. Malbree Davenport, Mrs. Beverly Millsap and Mr. Lamar Millsap. “ A beautiful soul with a loving spirit you are now standing on holy ground. We miss you Mother and will forever love you.”  

The service for Mrs. Morrow will be Monday May 4th at Alta Vista Cemetery. Professional Service Entrusted to Wimberly Funeral Home.
