Mr. Agustin Hernandez 87, of Cumming, Georgia passed away on Tuesday, April 21, 2020 at Northside Hospital Forsyth.

Visitation will be on Saturday, April 25, 2020 from 10:00am until 2:00pm at McDonald and Son Funeral Home.

Funeral services will be in the chapel of McDonald and Son Funeral Home at 2:00pm following the visitation.

Interment will follow at Sawnee View Memorial Gardens.
