Clara was born on September 09, 1926. Like a colorful mosaic, Clara brought so much vibrancy and beauty to the world around her. She had an effortless love for the life that made her such a fun person to be around. She poured herself into everything she did. She was a woman of faith with a spirit of compassion who was always doing things either great or small to bring her faith to life in the lives of others. She loved her church, Holly Springs Baptist Church, adored the pastor, Josh Chatham and his family, and all the members. Being the oldest living member, she loved going every time the church opened. Clara was preceded in death by her parents, spouse, Robert Pittman, and son, Bobby Pittman.
She is survived by her caregiver (nephew and niece), Garnett and Linda Smith of Lula, She also had a special friend who helped with her needs, Marvin Wiley. Many church family members and neighbors brought food and cheer to her. It was so appreciated. God will bless those of you who helped a widow.
